Shell Island

Post by brummiedeano » Thu Jul 11, 2013 2:02 pm

currently camped here off the welsh coast in glorious weather. Its been featured in a few lr mags in the past so made a visit and well worthwile. Its an island as the causeway access road disappears at high tide. Also v good for some impromptu off roading amongst the sand dunes

It's a beautiful place but we found the facilities couldn't cope with the demand when it gets busy. I think it was that trip that put me off camping and caravans aren't allowed on there.
