WOW,

what a response, seems lots of you avid carnivores. The plastic bag in which I am curing it will be availble as the vegetarian option.

Mrs Wolowitz isn't daft. Brisket has alaways been one of the tastiest joints of Beef, you just need to know how to cook it.

Also, iwould just like add that i don't think Cliff (DCM) should have any.... He'll only smother it with that fiery hot sauce and won't taste it :rasp: :lol: :thumbright:

Just had a booooooooootiful steak from a local Heeland farm, washed down with a most scrummy bottle of vino collapso rouge c/o Gary (bcc variety). Luverly jubberly? :)
