How to: DIY auto-box mega-flush

Hi im new to a Disco 3 and it has a gearbox issue not smooth and seems to judder when going into 3rd i think, just purchased it and want to save her lol, I see this is an old tread but i cant see the pictures, does anyone have them , thanks in advance

But our chairman Bodsy does do mobile flushing depending where you are.
