I’ve been using Kingpin remoulds for a couple of years (simply because of them being the most aggressive off road tyres I could find for 19” rims).
I came across these recently:

At that price I thought I’d risk a set.
So far a little road noise but not intrusive. They feel ok on wet tarmac. I haven’t had them off road yet.
Cheap Chinese tyres - what could possibly go wrong?

Well to answer my own question ..... lots and lots of understeer on roundabouts on damp roads!
Is anyone else using anything more aggressive than Duratracs on 19” rims?

Tyre pressures? Might need more or less than standard?

Now there’s an interesting idea thank you.
I used to run the Kingpins quite high (38) to try and help with wear.
Perhaps I should run these lower (30?)
I think standard is 33 isn’t it?
The garage where they were fitted picked 38 (I’ve no idea why)

So for aggressive 19” in a non Chinese tyre, there’s the general grabber X3 tyres. Came out mid year.
@gazdarby runs them.
