Last I heard Wazza had the main stuff and you (Stu) had some poles. If the poles reached Wazza then he has the full kit.

Do we want it for Salisbury weekend? Might be good for driver briefings if it's chucking it down? Also nice for members to see one of the things their membership fee has paid for!

Yes. Subject to me finding a suitable meeting point based on the recce and route. I'll liase with Warren. I was thinking one to put up early doors and the last group take it down.

Yep, makes sense to me. We could do with a banner and some bungy cord designed so that it could fit onto the event shelter.
