It was a very pleasant evening. The lanes were in good condition and very little water about. Even the river had dried up. Lanes were all nice and tame and a nice intro to New Gary. I've decided new Gary works for MI5.

He doesn't know his name
He claims to be an accountant which instantly stops anyone asking him any more about his work.

All sounds dodgy to me.

Thanks for sorting it Mark. I'd be up for it again but withoutthe near death drive home on the A3. (see my other post)

Is he like the immigrant on Only Fools & Horses...... 'Gary, Gary, Gary'
I think you might be on to something Stu. A mate of mine works for GCHQ, and he tells everybody he's a librarian..... Just as boring as an accountant
And then after meeting JamesG I think we got it wrong..... He could be a librarian, or an accountant :rasp:

Oh no! I've been rumbled, my MI5 cover is blown.

No seriously, I used to be a librarian but couldn't take the work hard play hard lifestyle and all the wild parties so I became an accountant instead!

Thanks Mark for organising last night. I had a great time in the pub and out on the lanes. :P
