Re: Caravan questions....
What a great day, went sea fishing, although didn't actually catch anything, but it was a good boat trip out.
Stopped for a lovely pint on the way back and then sat in the sun for probably too long outside the van, taking in the awesome views out accross the sea.
The site had a fish & chip van booked for Mondays, so finished the day with fish n chips! Watched the sun go down, a glorious bright sun shimmering down over the horizon.
The. When that had finished, looking In the other direction was a super bright early full moon.
What a great way to end a long weekend. Just need to pack up and drive home tomorrow.

Re: Caravan questions....
When emptying the cassette, there really ought to be an inter lock on the seat to prevent use , as I have discovered to my cost. Smelly & wet is was too.

Re: Caravan questions....
There is a interlock on the Thetford, unless your son time it at exactly the time you are removing the cassette

Re: Caravan questions....
Andy,
the interlock that I wish we had had was one that stops the pan emptying into the tank when the tank ain't there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Or even stops the arse from sitting on the seat If the tank is missing????

Our's did have that interlock if the cassette was not there you could not empty the pan. Although my son was using it as I removed the cassette and you know what happened.

Re: Caravan questions....
Emma does the cassette, was one of the rules before buying the van.
Was pulled over by ze policia on the m5 coming home. Into the services for a holiday season check.
Good job the tyres were changed (not that they'd have failed) and good to have a chat with the guy who also owned a caravan to see what they check for.
6 hours back from Cornwall wasn't too bad. Still, managed 16.8mpg.....
