Just realised, that pic was actually taken on our first trip with a caravn :D

That's what ours is - but this looks like a triple bunk - ours is just the 2 :thumbright:

No plans on changing ours - though it might go this year as we aren't using it enough - might get a Triumph Spitfire or similar and hotel it to places. Probably cheaper :lol: :lol:

Yep, it was triple bunks, the replacement is the same layout (Pegasus 646), it's the only one that works for us with 4 kids :lol:

Our is triple bunks Pegasus Ancona but I've noticed there is no triple bunk in the current line up.

I see a lot of the larger rig designs have gone from double to single axle too; other than weight/cost is there another reason for that?

I think it's purely down to weight Dom. Weight does seem to be a big issue. I guess if you're a manufacturer, the lower the weight the more buyers you can appeal to. Obviously with the Disco it's not an issue as your caravan is never going to be 85% of 3 tons of towing vehicle.
