Salisbury Christmas

Got an idea for an event, want to see an event run that is currently run. Any discussions prior to an event being launched as an official event should go in here.

Salisbury Christmas

Post by Stu » Mon Oct 10, 2016 1:04 pm

I'm am struggling a bit with dates and costs for the hotel for Salisbury. I was wondering what people thought about having the Christmas event in January? Probably the 2nd or 3rd weekend?

I think we might be able to get a better deal from them then.

I'd be keen to know if people would still want the event in Jan or not. Personally I think I might prefer it.

Thoughts?

Pre christmas is my preference TBH.

Last weekend of November ideally. :thumbright: what costs are they offering at the moment?

Last weekend in Nov can't be done. Neither can any of Dec. Looking at early Nov or possibly Jan.

Rooms are £99 for Nov trying to see what we might be able to sort in Jan.

We can't do the last weekend of November, otherwise good. December or January, don't care.

January sounds good Stu, though the ladies might object to having their Christmas shopping spree at Home Bargains curtailed :shark:

Ok I'll see what deal we can get for a Jan weekend. Might be quite nice after all the Christmas madness
