I enjoy Italian cooking but don't like loads of pasta as a main meal so tend to avoid Italians when venturing out to eat.

I went to. Michelin starred restaurant on Wednesday and it was rubbish, would have enjoyed a Little chef more.

Very disappointing and very expensive.

Stu. Looks lovely. Sod the mash though, that's only ever going to interrupt the steak experience. :thumbright:

Garry. Try the town square in Stresa, Verbano-Cusio-Ossola, Italy. That ought to change your mind about how to find decent pizza. You're right as far as the UK goes though. English pizza is nasty. :thumbright:

The BEST pizza in the UK that I've had is here http://pizzapilgrims.co.uk/ - fantastic Italian style pizza (Naples specifically as lots of areas of Italy have their own style).

I try and eat there whenever I'm near Soho :D

Thom and James are the two guys that own it and they've had a TV show and have a book out - totally recommended :)

Andy, which one was it? If you didn't like it then I know many more of us will want to avoid it...
