Transmission failure

Before I begin I need to give some background......bought my D3 with a burnt out TCCM where someone even bridged the popped fuse to properly melt its wires.
Fitted a second hand module and soldered in pigtails of its 3 connectors. It came to life after with everything working, suspension, programmes, transmission, etc. Last thing was the EPB which I was still planning to sort after replacing brake rotors and pads/shoes.
From then while driving too fast through corners it sometimes kicked in the brakes which I assumed was normal. Then once, ppb a month and a half ago it threw a Transmission fault, limited gears available and suspension dropped but still drove. Stopping afterwards and starting the next morning everything worked again.
Three days ago I went to pick up something and at the last intersection where I turned it had a loss of power (still driving). I parked and after restarting the Transmission Fault was back and I couldnt take it out of park.
Since I replaced the cracked dash after I got it and knew how to I removed the centre console top and managed to manually get it out of park to drive home in 1 gear.
I checked fuses in engine bay and all connectors in centre console and engine bay. Replaced brake bulbs and switch just in case.
Scanned, cleared errors and tried again without success. Tried hard reset with no success.
Some of the errors weee pre existing like EPB and wrong VIN on TCCM. The pressure one looks a worry as under the gearbox theres oil but more like breathing through the pan seal than running out.
Any experts that can point me to what I can check?
