Saw it in the flesh very briefly the other day and it looked very nice.

What's the spec Mick? I'm guessing 4.4 v8 diesel?

Nah - it's the 2010 model so 'only' 3.6 litre, I'm afraid.

It's actually a pre-production car, built in April 2009, hence the plate ...

The caravan is 7m long (less drawbar) x 2.3m wide which, until fairly recently, was the largest you could legally tow with a car.

That a big old caravan for a single guy. Must be roomy inside. The FFRR looked nice when I saw it very briefly.

Biggest you can get in the UK, well almost. Certainly the longest although they can now be 2.5m wide like the Europeans but the wide ones are less easy to thread through the British country lanes once you get off the motorways.

That looks like a Lunar Solaris if I'm not mistaken. Very roomy feel inside, nice and light too for the size. Lunar are well known for being lighter than the competition whilst retaining a luxury feel.

Nice rig Spooks :thumbright:

EDIT.

Do yourself a favour. Get the gearbox remapped. That's the ZF 6HP28 and the remap transforms the towing experience. Earlier TC lock up, quicker shifts. Made a world of difference to my 2007 3.6 TDV8.
