Caravan site, with storage WTD

Post by Bodsy » Sun Jan 26, 2014 11:39 am

Caravan site with storage - Somerset-ish

Does anyone know of a site that will meet the following criteria?

Based around cheddar/mendips/Somerset area
Pub in walking distance
Allows kids (not bothered about clubs or stuff like that tbh)
Pretty (you can tell this is Swmbo's list )
Storage capability, preferred if they will also site the van for you to save the hassle if we're arriving late
All advice gratefully received. :thumbright:

Might be Forest of Dean now as Somerset is in flood.
Swmbo has ideas of touring to France and Germany as well (is it worth it for a 5 day trip....?)

Shut it johhno!

Now looking at a site about 50 minutes from us. Electric storage on a David Bellamy gold site, so plenty of woods to mess around in.
Just to get used to really and then see where to go from there.
