Website and Chome

Post by anglefire » Wed Sep 17, 2014 7:18 am

Has anyone else noticed the forum gets very broken when using Chrome?

Does it on my Phone (S4), PC (Win7 64bit), Mac book and Nexus 7.

Opera is fine on the Nexus as is IE on the PC. Has anyone else seen this?

It never used to.
However, there was a large security update to chrome over the last couple of weeks. I don't use it for personal browsing so haven't tried the site but I've witnessed the changes and some funky issues at work

Broken in what way? Mine only draws 50% of the frames until I mouse over them, but otherwise it mostly behaves. Thought I was going to have to reinstall it again...perhaps not.

I also get what Dom's experiencing and only recently too, it used to be fine. Mouse over it and the screen draws itself properly though, just no good with Chrome on Android.

I'm a bit disappointed but Chrome has gone downhill in a few areas recently which is frustrating! I get strange anomalies with on screen text boxes partly vanishing on Windows 8 (Surface) on Chrome but not had anything on the MacBook to my best recollection.

Must admit, I'm trying to think if my MacBook is affected or not.

I've had an issue with it storing my user and password on some devices too.

Just added an inline youtube, and chrome fails to show it. Even Inbred Explorer manages fine.

Here's an interesting link - see MelodyC's work around with compatability mode half way down. If you can see the page that is. :?
