D3 Clutch assist spring

Post by mudlark » Fri Jan 25, 2019 4:12 pm

Hi, Anyone know where I can obtain a new clutch pedal assist spring for my D3 manual. LR only sell it with the pedal assembly at £200 despite the fact the manual says remove the spring then remove the pedal. I can't find one on line anywhere but wondered if someone knows who manufactured the original part? In my case the metal spring is fine but the inner plastic item appears broken. Be far easier if I can find a replacement rather than try a repair and paying £200 for a small piece of plastic seems really excessive.

Thanks
Mudlark.

Mark,
thanks for the suggestion. Can't find one on their site but will give them a call on Monday to see if they can assist.

Thanks again

Alan
