Polisher

Post by Stu » Wed Jun 26, 2013 10:00 am

Hi Everyone,

Just a quick formal notice to let you know that the club has agreed to purchase a machine polisher. Dom has kindly offered to get it all and look after it and will also be producing a "how to guide" basically the machine can be borrowed FOC, however we would request a donation of £10 per car that you do to cover consumables. This is voluntary as it is a logistical nightmare to try and keep track of money coming in for something like this, but hopefully people will appreciate the use of such an expensive item and consider that a donation for consumables is worthwhile.

I'll let Dom update this as and when he has more info.

Hopefully you'll see this as another great benefit of membership.

Stu

Obviously if you trash your paint - your fault - your problem.

That said, I managed to get my scratches out without trashing my paint and I'm not know for being delicate!

That does indeed sound like a plan. Unfortunately, I'm likely to miss it, due to my being outta the country (again) ... :x

I'd like to add that when the polishing machine comes to the midlands we would be more than happy to have a bbq/polishing day at ours.

3rd dibs!!

Would it be an idea to produce a sign up for those who want a shot at blistering their paint or is that a bit too formal?
