Just used my Jack Adapter for the first time(within 30mins of it arriving today)

For a simple idea it's it's awesome,my drive is on a slight slope and normally when I jack up the disco it moves slightly  ,but now the jack goes with it

Awesome :thumbright:

"now the jack goes with it"

Have you though about chocking the car? I'm not sure which is worse the car going with or without the jack. The car not going anywhere would be the best option surely?

Stu...

It only moves about an inch tbh ,just as the weight shifts from one side to another ,so no drama ,I usually worry in case it moves more,ie off the jack cradle, but it never has & now it won't ,point taken though :thumbright:

I get this on mine - I chock the Disco on all wheels that are on the ground, and my driveway is level, despite this as the weight shifts 'sideways' it pulls the jack with it.......my drive is now covered in 4 inch long marks, caused by the trolley jack wheels - must invest in a scrap of plywood to go under the jack :D

Clive, I think NeilD has some tarmac left over from a job he's just done, he could probably do you a decent rate on a whole new drive.

I was asked by Mark(Blacknsilver3) last night which GNVP adapter I had...it's the 30mm and fits perfectly with my Sealey 3T Rocket Lift :thumbright:

You needed the GNVP angled adapter if you have a sloping drive. You just tell them the slope and they machine it into the adapter.
