Re: Slider Changes
Agreed, powder coating needs to be improved. Mine are coming off late spring to be Powdercoated as all the joints and spars are peeling.

Re: Slider Changes
Would the chamfered ones be wider than the radius ones, I think they need to be a little wider to stop car park dinks, and help keep the car away from steep edges of tracks.
Hope this makes sense.
Oh and would you do a straight swap.

I have visions of D3's with fuel tankers bolted to the side.

Re: Slider Changes
I agree with Jason.
I like my uber narrow ones though. Just need to angle the tube down about 5° to stop the doors rubbing.

Sure you've not fitted them upside down, Markanglefire wrote:I agree with Jason.

Re: Slider Changes
Nope the new ones do slightly angle down from memory to stop the problem. Its only a fraction tbh. But when the mud builds up it rubs more.

Re: Slider Changes
Re: powder coating..... In fairness the prospeed ones that spent a couple of weeks in my garage seemed to be suffering similar problems
Imagine a world with no hypothetical situations..........
