Post by Neild » Mon Jun 28, 2010 1:19 pm

We are pleased to announce stock of replacement brackets for the Land Rover OEM light guards :thumbright:

These parts are not available as an item from dealers, you need to buy the full set.

In our kit we have the 6 metal brackets and fixing screws.

Front and Rears are competitively priced at £44.00 with UK shipping £3.00.

You've lost me a bit Neil....are these the brackets that hold the plastic light guards on?

Do they break easily or something? Never heard of any problems with them......

Sorry if it's an obvious question, but it just doesn't ring a bell as something that is easily broken like the A-Bar brackets etc :thumbright:

Problems with theft and rust Paul :thumbright:

When people sell lights, especially ebay/2nd hand they do not always have the brackets :thumbright:

Worth a punt so we made some

Rust? But you need rain for that....i.e. water.....

And apparently the UK hasn't seen much of that for a long time, hence the hosepipe ban no?

The problem I've with the front guards is that the plastic bits break, not the metal brackets, I assume this doesn't solve that as it's part of the actual guard rather than the bracket?

Actually it's hotter than that at the moment....and yes...it sounds very nice, but the truth is that the heat is a pain in the arse.

It is great at the weekends and during the holidays, but when you're working it is very uncomfortable - I moved the wife's Golf last night at 11:30pm and it was still showing 32°C outside...and it night if there is no breeze blowing, it is unbearable and almost impossible to sleep without a fan on....

Whilst as they say, the grass is always greener (excuse the pun) on the other side, the grass back home was still very green - but you just don't appreciate how green it was until your no longer there....
