Just had a look at the t and c's - specifically excludes vehicles used off road. Doh.

If you have done more than 60k miles they claw back a proportion of the cost of replacement parts. At 100k miles you have to pay 50% of part cost. And the AA/RAC etc person has to fill out their claim forms or they won't pay.

ISTR Countrywide had some correspondence in the past with Warranty Direct about 'offroad" use.

If I'm right in my recollection, I'm sure he would be able to make it available

Noted, thanx Phil, worth considering at that price. Oil pumps are included in the list of defects covered.

Yep have it in writing that off road was OK and you can remove the betterment parts contribution as well.

Currently in Germany but will look for copy of mail.

I'm glad my memory is still serving me well! It would be great I'd you could make the 'offroad' info available to all on your return Andy.
I'm sure you sent me a copy in the distant past but couldn't find it where I thought it was when I looked! Maybe the memory's beginning to fade after all!

Just a reminder on this Andy - if you're back from your trip it would be really useful if you could post the WD Off Road stuff for everyone
