Yes Stu my TomTom will handle calls via Bluetooth but Bluetooth was disabled on the TomTom when I used the USB audio thingy yesterday so I don't even know if both pair simultaneously.

I'll try this out later but I'd probably incline to accept Andy's advice above so we'll have to see.

Well I've lashed out on one anyway, worse case scenario is that we can pair another phone to it and do music from that. Or I just won't talk to anyone on the phone!

Yeah, I figured despite not having a job it was Christmas and I'd be frivolous!

I wouldn't take any advice from me regarding computers. I have a cupboard full of laptops that had a software issue and I have given up and got another

I'm sure I could fix most of them for you Andy - just needs perseverance!

Well whilst having a bit of time to kill whilst waiting for MrsStu I had a quick go with my £3 Bluetooth to six adapter and it only blinking works!

I get a bit of a funny noise before I play a track but when playing it's excellent. Sound quality appears to be good. Certainly no worse than anyone being plugged directly into the aux.

Marvellous use of £3! The device looks just like a usb memory stick but has a 3.5mm adapter in one end, so it's powered over use and you just use a 3.5mm lead to connect up to the aux. Fab!

Very pleased with the £3 one I bought for my D1 - works a treat and even mutes when I get a call on my hands free. A good investment
