well that was unexpected...

For the first time in my new role at work I have had to ask someone to to someone to to something I couldn't do... we had a long and physical day mauling lumps of metal about and as I walked through the door at home I was called out but I had daddy responsibilities for the evening (and hours of typing and spread sheets as is the norm :pcwhack: ) so I had to ask another person to attend the call out. I have done this on an odd occasion before as a mate asking for an assist , but never as a supervisor asking a bloke who has given their all already for one day.The weird thing is how much of an prick I feel :|

ho hum different site tomorrow at least :violent:

Must be a bit odd. I don't have that issue as I don't do call out.
