Can't see the plate stopping any crud getting in there Neil as the crud is usually based in liquid (i.e. going through thick sticky puddles). can't see ANY protection that could stop that really. But will stop it getting a damned good thumping when going over rocks/bumps/trees..... :THUMBSUP:
