What have you got that remains live at all times Slipps? 6weeks is about 1000 hours - so anything over 1/2A is going to kill the battery in that time - you should be looking at a few mA draw when its totally asleep. Have you got a tracker? A LED voltmeter plugged in? Ah that could be it I fitted a ...

Flat battery after being stationary after a few weeks!
After being in Turkey for three months last summer on my return the battery was flat and AA supplied a new one no problem, well it's done it again and I've only been away six weeks, I have a dual battery system as you probably know and she is still flat as fook! Any ideas ? I'm not back till mid Oct...

Stu, I fully understand what your saying and yes I agree with you , a lot of our members gained some useful info and tips from this guy and yes also he could be quite controversial at times BUT I think if people knew his background and what he has been through they would keep their comments to thems...
