Yep, going to try passing on the cost for the fan spanners to the warranty company, after all, I'm not charging them for labour...

I was fine.
Went back in with around 20mins work to re-assemble, started and made voltage first time. Not bad really. Total cost was £95 for a recon unit, which I didn't think too bad. Has a 12 month warranty on the part too.

Just one point on this guide, the tensioner is a 3/8" Hole, not a 1/4" Hole
I've taken mine out using steps similar to those here, we shall see tomorrow how easy it goes back in again!
