Dave I've told live promotions what you said and unfortunately they don't want your sort at there event so you've been removed from the list of attendees.

I haven't got an event shelter - well not a club one. I've got one of my own and a scout one. I think Richard may well have the club one from the last camping weekend.
If someone wants to pick up a delux one with 3 walls and a door then the club will pay for it as we have previously agreed to buy 2 of them. These are the waterproof ones. I think go outdoors has them.

Just to tidy up the discussion, nobody bought a new one and we used one from Scouts at LRO, so the existing event shelters are wherever they were before Peterborough Show
