Mmm....just had homemade chilli sausage rolls :eat: ,the Xmas gammon is boiling awaiting its glaze of ....chillies/smoked paprika/Demerara sugar & honey :thumbright:

Turkey's defrosting, most other stuff is ready to go. No sprouts this year. :)

Got turkey crown from butcher this morning - sprouts and other veg from local shop.

Plan to do some of the sprouts, fried off in butter and water, and then add some pre-cooked bacon bits and walnuts or similar. Still do some boiled ones for the MIL, who has not forgiven me for doing them in lemon the one year. They weren't that bad. Better than naked ones at least :rasp:

Ours is nicely defrosted and awaiting its 4hr :shock: roast. It's massive, and looking at the packaging it says to feed 15-18 :shock: , there's only 4 adults and William. :shock:
