Chilli Jam

I make my own Chilli Jam

Here is the recipe.....
200g chillies
200g chopped onions
250g sugar
125ml water
1/2 Tsp salt
2Tbs lemon juice

Slice/chop chillies
Put in pot with all of the above ingredients.Bring to boil and simmer(slowly) for 30mins or until desired consistency then blend smooth
