JUST A QUICK ONE
Wonder if anyone can advice me ,at the moment i have 22" overfinch wheels on my discovery 3 but with the bad weather coming i want to put some less expensive wheels on ,i have some new 16" A/T tyres and i want to put them on some standard wheels but i dont know which ones i can use,do the ones off the discovery 2 fit

Hi Tony - welcome to the club
The smallest wheels that will go on the D3 are 17" - Disco2 wheel and/or 16" wheels won't fit

That is assuming that you have a d3 with standard brakes. I am sending this after 2 grand beers and no lunch.

ive just been informed that 16" wheels will fit so now im more confused than before

I'd be surprised, but if you've got some pics from the person who said they've done it then post them up
Anything smaller than LR 17" doesn't fit as it doesn't go over the brake calliper.
If you are looking at aftermarket wheels, make sure they are the correct load rating, I can't remember what that is off the top of my head, but somebody will be along soon who does

I think you would need a 80 profile tyre on 16" wheels to keep the rolling cirumference
