Pirelli ATR

Post by countrywide » Mon Jun 23, 2014 8:22 pm

I have had several sets of Pirelli ATR's. The last 4 bought from different places at different times have been mentioned at service as having sidewall cracking.

Had it serviced today and the rears were reported as cracking now.

I did send Pirelli a mail about the last one's a few months ago, but they didn't bother (translate CNBA) to reply.

Anybody else have issues

I'd either:

Write to their press office and tell them the sort of contracts you deal with.

Or as they haven't replied you could be aggressive and send them a notice of impending action. Tell them that you've had X tyres with the same issue and you want them all replaced or you'll seek compensation of X.
