Re: 19" ATR's?
I was told last week by more than one person on here that MTR's are the dogs
However after this weekend I think Ian is having a rethink on that one?

Re: 19" ATR's?
weeeeeeeellllllll..........
I didn't need to be recovered.... (was there anyone that didn't have a go at recovering you this weekend Clive ) but, yes, I had a couple of problems from rocks that no-one else had. BUT I wasn't the only one on MTR's
TBF I think this may have been the lines I was selecting rather than the tyres themselves.
I was completely paranoid until I got on the road that I would get another puncture.....
So at the moment, 18" AT's rock (well one of them does, although seems to strugle for grip compared to the other three MTR's)

Ian, take 2 MTRs off then put on a winter & a road tyre then you're ready for everything.
If only I could think of something useful to type here!!

Re: 19" ATR's?
My other option is to keep my At2's for normal road/light duty use then buy a set of KL71's or cooper STT's and 17" rims for proper play time.
But can I be arsed to store another set of wheels for the 5 days a year I might need more than my AT2's, which I've never punctured or got stuck with? (falling off bridges and nearly hitting trees doesn't count before you all jump on me )
