Where is the club banner?
We need to ensure it gets to the Hampshire spectacular.

Ian, that would be most helpful, but no drama if not, please can you remember the banner and....
The non meat bits of the BBQ (Marshmellows have been requested!) - probably need to get some
Please also can you bring Wazza and ensure he brings the BBQ and the event shelter and trophy

1pm lunch (thought I'd set a time to make it sociable)
Also we have te LRO photo shoot after lunch so it should make getting everyone together easier.
7pm BBQ at the campsite
Can you let John know that he is welcome to join us for the BBQ?
