I'm up for that. :thumbright:

Where? When? Perhaps our esteemed Chairman could make some suggestions now he has "Tintent Disease" :lol:

The south of the Cotswolds has plenty of decent sites and is fairly central.

Yeah Cotswolds should suit all as a central location.

I also like the idea of taking another break in the lakes and arranging some decent walks.

Cotswold sounds like a good plan as a 1st meet though. I will have a gander through some of the material I have to see if anything jumps out.

When is an interesting one though.
It would be good to get a week, covering a weekend so that people have either option available.
I guess for me it would be centred around bloody school holidays as usual!!

Yeah, me too for the school holidays. But we can do weekends from Friday night, leaving Sunday night.

Found a decent site which looks pretty central considering the spread of us.

https://www.caravanclub.co.uk/club-site ... club-site/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Possible dates could be W/C 29th May, leading into the weekend of the 3rd June - half term before summer holidays (assuming everyone's half terms line up!)

Yes, we've stayed there before. It's lovely. I would be up for that. Our half terms dates are
Summer Half Term Saturday 27 May, 2017 Sunday 4 June, 2017

Would be nice to get a few of us there. :thumbright:

Shall we set up an event?

Sounds like a plan!

I assume there's nothing more to it than a post in the appropriate section?

Reckon you're right Dave. Can't figure it out though, I'll leave the techie stuff to you :D

Probably worth thinking about availability at the site though. If it's half term it will get booked up quickly. Would be nice to have a few adjacent pitches rather than being spread all over the site.

Not sure how many of us have vans either. I can only think of you, me, Stu, Mark, Bodsy and the Claytons. The CC don't allow tents as far as I recall so if there are tenters who wanted to join we would need a different site.

A few options

http://www.haylesfruitfarm.co.uk/Stay_With_Us/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

http://www.tudorcaravanpark.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

http://greenwayfarm.org/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Well, we technically have the van still - but it is going to be sold - and even if its not gone by them I can't tow it as I don't have a tow bar :whistle:

Well a camping / caravaning weekend would be cool. Dave is that site a Caravan club one? Is Everyone a member?

It is a CC site yes.
I was going to ask the question on membership here, but also try and put a group booking through myself (not sure if they would allow that or not?).

Don makes a good point though and it would be good to open it open to those who want to camp as well.
I'll take a look at some of the sites he's listed and see if we can get a thread up about it.
Can you create a poll in a thread on here? If not, I can do it in doodle on google so it's not a concern either way
