ABS fault

Post by morseman2003 » Fri Aug 18, 2017 11:27 pm

I have an ABS fault come up which has caused the suspension to drop.

Is it possible this could be caused By over inflating the tyres. I had the rear tyres at towing pressure to tow my caravan and forgot to reduce the TP back to normal before doing a motorway run.

Thanks

Trevor

Unlikely I'd have thought.

Do you have an IID tool or similar that can look at the live values for wheel speed? I would think one is either not working or is faulty/dirty

Thanks Angelfire. Yes I've got the IiD tool so I'll give that a go over the next day or so.

Need help with power loss problem, changed battery, blanked EGR valves and freed actuator still no power unless I'm going down hill. Can't overtake or go up hill without losing power it's from start up all the way until it eventually reaches 70 then slight incline and power drops again, hoping it's not the turbo maybe map sensor or split hose??? Help
