Got your PM :thumbright:

I do think you have to be close to finding the cause - I've not got a sunroof so don't have the issue of water from there in the footwell.

I'm not sure where the pipes end up - someone else can tell you that, but I do believe the passenger side one is a sod to change!

I suppose when replace drain pipe its not possible to push slightly smaller tube down inside the existing one. Or fractionally larger over
Would be easier i think than pull car apart.
We blew water down seams water come in about halfway up piller but unsure its like needle in haystack

Have you removed the trim on the pillar? There's one screw to remove (Torx type) hiding behind a plastic cover clip.
Gently wiggle the plastic clip off with fingers so its not damaged (it has a retaining link so it can't fall off) , then remove the screw.
Gently wiggle the pillar trim off, learning how it fits - the bottom end comes out last and goes back first, and you'll see it is trapped behind the door seal rubber for most of its length.
The side airbag is folded up in here, so respect it - best thing to do is to take a photo with your phone so you can see where everything goes back. Amongst all the clutter you'll see a 10 or 12mm pipe running top to bottom, which is the sunroof drain. If this is kinked, or if its been trapped/crushed by the fittings then you've found your problem.
With a torch and some head craning you can also see the back of the clips where the front windscreen side trims come through into the pillar. These are a :censored: design IMHO, as any attempt to move the trim means these can get loose, so these are also possible leak points.
I hope to get some time to myself soon, then I can return your call...
