I've only stayed on a farmers field or on a Scout campsite on the Island, neither of which would be any good for the van. Do they charge you a gazillion pounds to get it to the island?

A while ago the stretch of water to the Isle of Wight was meant to be the most expensive piece of water to cross by ferry per mile. Not sure if that is or was actually true but it always felt like it! :D
