Spoke to the solar installer guy today (had a ffrr as well) and most controllers (even the cheap Chinese ones which he's also used for off grid installs) wont have a problem with the 37v from the PV unit.
He also threw in some extra connectors and cable I needed.

It's a big panel though!!! :oops:

Will be good for the test of solar usage. Will look to get one for the van and sikaflex it on like you said. :thumbright:

I was thinking of attaching one to a tow-ball, and fit it in the hitch while static :thumbright:
