AGM 2013
Hi everyone,
Following on from a change of location I thought it sensible to start a new thread for the AGM sign up.
Phil will be writing to all members, however if you could indicate if you will be attending or not, it would help us get an idea of numbers for our room booking.
We have booked a conference room at Eynsham Hall on Saturday 20th April.
The aim is to arrive at 12pm and start the AGM at 12.30.
I hope to keep the formal business as brief as possible, but obviously there are formalities to go through. After the AGM there is a bar onside that we can use.

Eynsham Hall is near Oxford which is about as central for most of our membership as we can get.
Hopefully plenty of you will attend.
I would appreciate you saying, Yes, No or Maybe just so we can see who has read this.
Thanks

Sorry chaps - the date is right in the middle of our re-scheduled fixtures.....
Enjoy - and make sure that rogue Phil Hunt doesn't get drunk - I'm been on the gargle with him and know what a rascal he is...

Re: AGM 2013
For me its the same reason as before. I drive way to much for employment to even want to have the desire and drive the D3 for 3hrs. Not for me I'm afraid.

Won't make it this year as I'll be up in Donnington that weekend for the touring cars.

Re: AGM 2013
OK peeps, As I now have a bit of spare time after work... I thought I'd better take a look at what you lot have been up to and I find that the AGM is imminent....
Away from home again during the week for the foreseeable w/ends at home but as the drive to Eynsham is a tootle in the countryside from home for me I thought why the hell not.
Apart from that it seems I shall be having a tete a tete with Mr. Chairman sometime in the next week or so as he ranges up to Guildford on occasion ....
Was hoping to squeeze in the Lakes trip this w/end but this job came up so had to give it a miss
Anyway members all please don't let the fact that I will be going put you off - its still your club so come along and get involved - you could end up on a Committee!!!!!!
