Nope, we just needed to pay some money and then some bloke flicked it on for us.
Crappy system though and we will be investigating other options.

Re: Welcome Back!
Thank guys for getting it all back on.
Seems crazy they'd just turn us off. I would have thought they'd just let us run over and then they would contact us to say we're over limit and either need to pay for more space or reduce the size.
Again a big thanks to the guys who worked hard to get it fixed in crazy hours after working all day in their own jobs.

Re: Welcome Back!
A small observation. is it just me or is the site now rendering the pages much wider? With a lot of text I am now having to scroll sideways in some posts and this never used to be the case.

Re: Welcome Back!
Nothing has changed on that score Dom, so it should be as before.
If images haven't been resized before posting, then the forum software will shrink them within the page - but for some odd reason, that sometimes doesn't work.
I can force the maximum size of images, to make everyone have to resize first..........................

Re: Welcome Back!
Well done all for getting us fixed and back in business.
There's always lessons to be learnt arising from situations such as this and as already posted it looks like there will be a number of options to consider for improving things for the future and making the systems we have in place more robust.
On picture resizing, the preferred option has to be to rely on the site software to take care of it.
