True, if Challenger were closer they'd get my business without doubt. From when I did go there they seemed decent chaps and just didn't want an unknown dissing them.

So as said, we're protecting the good things we know about them

Not Boss Just don't want people to blame Saturday boy as i always used a torque wrench after using a rattle gun!!!

Question for you then Roto.

When you use a torque wrench after the rattle gun, does the bolt need any further tightening? If not, then you obviously know the bolt could be too tight, if not then all good :thumbright:

Off Topic as not related to Challenger in any way, I had a local Quickfit style tyre shop oik try and convince me that he'd torqued all my wheel nuts correctly, but as none of the bolts moved a single tenth of a degree before they clicked I knew he'd over tightened them all with the air gun.
I had to get the manager involved before they were eventually backed off and torqued correctly, with the torque wrench actually set to the correct value. Not good :roll:

seen quick bodge run round with a torque wrench set low just so they could be seen to be using one ......
